Hi!

My name is Nathanael and I am an illustrator, designer, maker and animator based in Brisbane, Australia! I love being creative and collaborating with like-minded people!

I have worked in the Art Departments (props and scenic) for Season 6 of Australian Survivor, NBC/Stan series Joe Vs Carole, Aussie feature film The Red, animated for the ABC Series Bluey.

I am currently working on an Apple+ sci-fi series as a prop maker on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

I have been commissioned to design and build hero props for corporations and collectors here in Australia and the USA, using multiple techniques, materials, and tools.

I have a Bachelor of Animation (Art Direction) having completed my Honours post-grad year at Griffith University, Queensland College of Art. where I designed and built 3 giant prop weapons including Thor’s Stormbreaker from Avengers: Infinity War, and Cloud’s Buster Sword from Final Fantasy VII: Remake. I enjoy designing and building environments, props, vehicles, and characters for film and TV. I also have a Diploma of Graphic Design from Billy Blue College of Design.

I have a super keen interest in 80s hard rock and metal bands, synth wave, Spielberg films, Star Wars, Tolkien literature, and Marvel. My dream is to one day work on a Star Wars film/series as a prop maker!
